At Xconnect, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items with missing packaging, accessories, or manuals
  • Software, digital products, or opened consumables (if applicable)
  • Special order or customized items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective, or
  • Damaged upon delivery

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos.


Warranty

Certain products may come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the product and brand.

Xconnect will assist customers in coordinating with the manufacturer or authorized service centers where applicable.


Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • In case of refused deliveries, applicable charges may be deducted from the refund

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
