1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Kuwait (all areas)
  • GCC countries (including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman)

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

3. Delivery Time

Kuwait:

  • Delivery within 1–3 business days

GCC Countries:

  • Delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • Free delivery may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order values

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if applicable).


6. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate
  • Xconnect is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information provided by the customer

7. Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery fees may apply
  • Orders returned to us may be subject to additional shipping charges

8. International & Customs (GCC)

For GCC orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for assistance.
